Union already making a difference at Eastman!

Just talk of a union at Eastman has already produced benefits for the workers involved:

  • On April 1, 2019 all hourly workers received a 2.5% wage increase.
  • At the end of April 2019, the company reinstated the vacation carry over policy for its U.S. non-exempt team members (hourly workers). Be sure to read the DISCLAIMER at the bottom of this email:
